I never really have been ripped with muscles

Hi, that’s me in the picture. I’m Jay, and I’ve never had a 6 pack in my life. I used to think that maybe that just wasn’t possible, but today I’m willing to give it another shot. I recently bought a program called Body of F.I.R.E by Chadwaterbury. And if this Chad guy really knows his stuff, this might just be the shot I was looking for.

I’ve worked out here and there in the past, and played sports for fun sometimes, but I never really have been ripped with muscles. But now I will go through this workout program and see what kind of results I get by following the workout system. He makes some bold claims about delivering results as early as 3 or 4 weeks, and I am willing to put those claims to the test. I want to burn as much fat as possible and pack on some muscle.

I’m willing to post my progress here on the internet for anybody else who wants to join me in this 4 week challenge to get in shape. Actually, I want to get ripped as much as possible, I just had a sudden desire to do less wishing and take more action, and that’s why I bought this program. I know that the only way I can get my money’s worth is by actually doing the program and not being a little ***** and think that this type of thing is out of my reach.

So here I go, even if you don’t want to workout, I welcome any comments from anyone who understands what I’m talking about here. I don’t just want to look better, this is about proving to myself that I could do this just as well as the next guy, and that anybody who gets his *ss moving can get results.

Also, The Body of FIRE program is brand new, and I’m really curious to see how well this methodology will work. At the risk of embarrassing myself, I will post shirtless pictures of myself through out the next 4 weeks. Don’t worry I’ll keep it rated “G”. And at the end of the 4 weeks I will see for myself if this package was worth my efforts and what I put into it.

When was the last time your body felt filled with energy to the brim? If you currently feel unmotivated, depressed, or just plain tired, your probably not in the best shape you can be.  I would recommend that you just get back on that wagon and attempt getting into shape.  Tha'ts what I'm doing, and I'll be posting updates with my progress here online.  This way I won't be overpowered by a desire to quit ;)
