Was Body of Fire a quick weight loss program?

So here we are finally at week 4. The results speak for themselves, basically. But I'll still finish this blog post just for the heck of it. I do want to emphasize that all though I didn't necessarily lose weight at times. This definitely had an impact on my physique. So instead of this being a quick weight loss program. The more accurate term would be quick Fat Loss program. And I didn't use any fancy equipment to measure my body fat, the pictures are enough of a measuring device for me. It wasn't bad at all, since these workouts had some deep impact. I didn't become the most ripped guy ever in just 4 weeks (nor did I think I would, cause I must of been high on something if i did), but I made damn good improvement. I'll still workout, but I'm not sure If I will keep making these blog posts here. After all, four sounds like an official number to stop a series.  See how I looked when I started these workouts.

So why don't people usually stick with exercise regimens? Well, if I learned anything at all from writing all these blog posts, is that there's alot of challenges that come up for a person when they start a program. Also, there's that introductory phase where things are just plain uncomfortable. So even though it's fun, there's a big chance that you'll get distracted or unmotivated and stop at various points in time.

I mean, just week 4 itself felt like I was already on a different month. At this point in time your workouts are part of you, but you also get times that are lacking in motivation too. You go back to that week 1 kind of feeling. But if you can just get yourself to start the workouts, you'll be energized and back on track.

To some people, writing a blog about this seems like I'm making too big of a deal about a simple thing. But something that came of it was that I got lots of insight into why people don't stick to an exercise routine the majority of the time. They just get sidetracked by all the distractions: things like getting ready for the gym, driving to the gym, getting their gym close together, even losing their keys. They just don't make it a big deal or a priority, instead they devote their time to extra hours for solving problems at work, school, or just amusement.

It is true that exercise is a simple thing, you do it and you get results. There's just more than a few issues that keep some of us in less than perfect shape. But if you make it a priority then you'll be in great shape for life. But that's a decision that only you can make, I can't make it for you and neither could Santa (even on christmas).
