Journey to Getting Ripped: 3 Week Results W/ Chad Waterbury Workouts
67Its been 3 weeks with Waterbury....
As week 3 unfolds you will feel very glad about the results from the prior 2 weeks and you may start thinking about where you could try harder so that you can get ripped by the 4 week mark or so. It’s kind of like a little snowball where at first you have to roll the snow into it, but soon enough gravity starts doing its thing and everything just starts pulling an accumulation of snow causing an avalanche. Workout becomes more exciting to you as you recognize its impact.
You also, start getting clear about what’s what. You’re at a crossroads, and at this point you could go either way. You could workout out, or you could just NOT. If you don’t do it at this crucial point, there’s only downhill from there. And if you DO workout at this point you can only go downhill from there, but into a better destination. If you choose to workout now you’ll be energized by them as soon as a few minutes after you start.
I will warn you though… If you go more than 2 days or so without working out, you will deeply regret it the next time you do a workout. This is because your body goes back into intro mode again, and after your relapse workout you’ll probably get more sore and feel more tired afterwards like you did during the first few days of your workouts. This intro mode will go away once you go back into working out regularly.
Towards the end of week 3 you’re pretty much sure, you’ll do this for a long time (FOREVER). There’s no doubt in your mind that you will keep going. Some people have referred to this phenomena as the 21 day period that it takes to acclimate into a habit. (notice how I used the word acclimate instead of “form a habit” for extra coolness) Now you just automatically become pulled into it and there’s no real struggle. This makes you feel proud, as if you have accomplished something meaningful. (whether its actually meaningful to you depends on you).
Other results after week 3 of Fire
At this point I gained a couple of pounds again, (I assume its muscle mass), but I really don’t think weight scales are relevant as long as you get into shape. I can only imagine how someone that constantly checks their weight would feel as they see it go up and down while making changes to their bodies. They would probably be shocked and confused, and I kind of feel sympathy towards them right now.
Conclusion:
So far in these 3 weeks, the pictures show some noticeable progress. And I have to agree that the Body ofFire program, delivers pretty damn good results. I mean, this is NOT bad at all for 3 weeks worth of workouts. If you’re at a point where you want to try a workout methodology that works, you may want to give the Chad Waterbury workouts a go.
These are actual metabolism taxing workouts for both men and women, so you want purely aerobics this is not for you. And if you want to primarily build bulk, this is also not for you, although this may be good to maintain muscle mass as you cut away fat, or build muscle mass if you currently have only some.
