Journey to Getting Ripped: The Body of Fire Intro Period

The First Few Days With Body of Fire
The first week
Here is my experience with the body of fire system. After day 1, Well lets just say that day one is going to be grueling and a little tough for you if you haven’t worked out in a while. The whole workout will take a lot out of you if you’re out of shape in the first place. But that’s good, that’s how you will get into shape in the first place.
You see, after the first day, the next day you will probably feel a bit lethargic (again assuming you haven’t been training). If you’re currently exercising, it will still kick your butt, although you’ll feel okay the next day.
And it’s at this point that you will probably thing “maybe I’m not cut out for this” or “I don’t want to exercise if it means it will make me feel this tired” But just remember that this will only be the initial difficulty period like with any other adventure you have currently just started with.
If you can make it past these essential first days, soon your body will adapt. You’ll then be feeling great every time you workout because you’ll be feeling good from all the endorphins your body releases, have better circulation, and a faster metabolism that will just keep burning fat day after day.
About halfway through week 1 or so, you will start feeling much better than the initial first few days. From then on you would have set the foundation for the rest of the 4 weeks (or longer if you have the vision for it).
By the end of week 1 you should be feeling as if you could do this, because you were definitely born for this, and all you have to do now is keep going to keep up with your momentum. You’ll get to accomplish your goals whether it is to get ripped, get lean, or just damn healthy.

Other Results: Not sure how, but it seems I gained 2 pounds this week. Of muscle, most likely, I expect I will build muscle and burn fat too, it will be hilarious if I end up weighing the same amount by the end of the 4 weeks. (but I’ll be in way better shape than when i started)…
